Immigration Specialist

Your mission

As Immigration Specialist you will manage all our immigration procedures from start to finish and you are responsible for advising and assisting in the application process. The immigration cases are all highly skilled migrants who are moving to The Netherlands on behalf of their employer. You will practically oversee the full process, be in direct contact with our clients and their employees and ensure that the applications are filled in professionally and in a timely manner.

The job:

• Be the main point of contact for Immigration related matters;
• Managing the full immigration process (e.g. visa, renewals, change of purpose, etc.) from start to finish;
• Support to corporate and independent clients regarding mobility and immigration needs;
• Advise clients regarding expectations, expenses, timelines and service options;
• Pro-actively following up once the application is submitted until approval;
• Keeping protocols and standard operating procedures up to date and continuously
  monitoring and improving them.

Your profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree combined with related work experience;
• Knowledge of Dutch inbound immigration law and regulations;
• Structured, organized and you have good communication skills;
• Excited about the uButler services with an interest to grow and contribute to the
  companys success;
• You are a fluent Dutch speaker, living in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
