Our focus

We are focused on the long term, delivering quality and working for driven and growing companies. We help them with recruitment, online visibility, various (ATS or process) optimisations. And also with  with employer branding, agency management, People & Culture or HR advisory such as employment contracts, MTO, onboarding, coaching. With our diverse and experienced team we can assist growing companies with a diverse range of solutions to help them move forward.

Inhousify Atmosphere

We have an informal way of working, lots of focus and fun together. A good work-life balance, remote working oppertunities and we are ambitious, perform strong teamwork and are complimenting each other when doing a good job. We don’t really have hierarchy and the clients we work with see us as real partners, instead of ‘just a recruitment agency that will bring a couple of new hires’. 

Our long term partnership focussed model means that our recruiters build a very close relation with the clients and you will visit their offices often. The visability, buy-in and that you are really there to talk to all levels of the organisation you are working with, is what enables trust and strong relations. Besides our succesfull placements ofcourse. 

 

Sharing knowledge, getting feedback and gaining new insights from the directors and management table of startups, scalups, VC’s and SME’s has been a real game changer for our Inhousify team. Gaining business insights in combination with our Learning & Development Academy, results in a far steeper learning curves of our team is way higher as elsewhere. 

On our Free-Fly-Fridays we have a couple of drinks together, play a bit of ping-pong, mario kart or just listen to very good music via our Inhouse DJ. And by seeing the job titles in the markets evolve, it became a sport to give each other often new nicknames: we have a Chief Placement Officer, Executive Director of Sourcing and many, many more.
