We have an informal way of working, lots of focus and fun together. On our Free-Fly-Fridays we have a couple of drinks together, play a bit of ping-pong, mario kart or just listen to very good music via our Inhouse DJ. And by seeing the job titles in the markets evolve, it became a sport to give each other often new nicknames: we have a Chief Placement Officer, Executive Director of Sourcing and many, many more.
