Job description

As the Technical Product Owner, you will lead our product strategy and prioritization of product delivery, ensuring our B2B SaaS solution aligns with customer needs and business goals. Reporting to our co-founder, you will shape the future of our product and its impact on the real estate industry.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving the product value for our ESG & Building Automation solutions;
• Owning the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business goals and customer needs;
• Setting and maintaining the roadmap together with our co-founder;
• Developing relationships with key accounts to gather feedback and create tailored solutions to engage with customers;
• Driving product innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, benchmarks, and compliance standards;
• Using data to optimize product performance and customer outcomes to optimize and measure success;
• Leading product sprint planning and iterative delivery using Agile methodologies;
• Cross-team collaboration with customer success and new business.

Profile

• Proven results in product ownership/management experience in software;
• Experience in Agile and data-driven decision-making;
• Proven track record of driving long-term product growth with measurable results;
• Strong technical understanding, with experience working closely with engineering teams;
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for various stakeholders;
• B2B SaaS preferred – or strong ideas on how to get good at the B2B SaaS market;
• Familiarity with smart building technologies and ESG software is a plus.
