Our need?
For our content creation process, we are looking for an operations manager who will organize and guide our process of creating e-learning modules and manage and motivate the content production team.
Your role
You are responsible for providing the leadership and management necessary to ensure that the team and processes meet our growth plans. You manage and monitor operation metrics while diagnosing and improving processes and the operational performance of an energetic, varied, team consisting of scrub nurses, doctors and editors. Under your supervision people stay happy and and you motivate the group to reach challenging objectives.
