Our highly driven team works in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with the main headquarters being in Amsterdam. Our staff consists of a mix of medical doctors and industry leaders in product, entrepreneurship and marketing.

IT support is an exciting and dynamic role at Incision that works closely with all employees in the company. We get IT requests from employees and customers based around the globe. This role has exposure to many different people and challenges!
What you will do:
- Manage all aspects of IT services within the company, including;
- Assist employees with their daily IT requests
- Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding of employees by coordinating with HR and hiring managers
- Administration of relevant software and tools (user management, integrations, policies etc)
- Coordinate with Privacy & Security Specialist for policy implementation and enforcement
- Management of on-premise servers
- Contribute to the maintenance and support of the global internal IT infrastructure of the Incision HQ in Amsterdam.
- Operate/improve the IT asset management systems and hardware.
- Develop and participate in the documentation and knowledge base of the IT department
- Communicate on services, updates of existing and new tools to users
- Coordinate with relevant external parties
- Manage IT projects
What you will bring:
- Experience in 1st/2nd level IT support
- Experience in providing support on modern SaaS Cloud tools such as Google Workspace
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast growing international environment
- Very good experience in supporting MacOS and Windows systems, including via RMM and MDM tools
- Excellent written and spoken English, Dutch is a plus.
- You are known for your listening skills, your excellent sense of service and your always positive spirit
- You are very organized in your work and can manage prioritie
