Inhousify was established in 2019 and is growing fast! Last year our team doubled and now consists of 14 enthusiastic and driven colleagues. For our clients we're active in The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, The United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Brazil. We are specialized in startups and scale-ups in sectors such as green energy, relocation and digitalization.
We're a small organization that's growing rapidly. We're constantly evolving, setting the bar higher every day to keep improving and we want the same for you! It's lots of fun to work and share expertise with different sorts of startup and scale-up companies and helping them grow. When there is a topic you don't know enough about, there is always a collegue that has the right knowledge to assist you.
We won't do 'one size fits all' because it isn't sustainable. We want to be flexible as your professional requirements or personal needs change and we adapt with you as we focus on the long-term. You can switch between in-house recruitment, retained search, interim, work more towards HR or build new teams at Inhousify (or work in a combination). Let's find the right balance together.
