Office Manager

As an Office Manager at uButler, you will be responsible for providing the necessary services to keep the office running smoothly and undisturbed. Youre responsible for all of the facility tasks and ensure that the office is tidy. We recently moved to our new office in Amsterdam West where you, as our Office Manager, will be in charge of daily operations, such as: the dishes, keeping the kitchen clean, maintaining sanitary facilities and responsible for all supplies. In addition, you are also responsible for projects and last but not least: initiate, manage and provide a daily lunch for our colleagues!

What you will be doing
  • Taking care of facility management and our daily company lunch;
  • Being responsible for the administrative requirements in our office, this can range from ordering office supplies to managing the weekly schedules;
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing communication regarding the office, such as phone calls and incoming visits;
  • Working together with the People and Culture department to handle onboarding and offboarding of new employees;
  • Working as the primary connection for everyone in the office, helping your employees maximize their potential;
  • Managing and preparing meetings;
  • Strategizing and realizing weekly plans to keep the office running.
What we are looking for
  • You are naturally organized and love to manage multiple tasks for different employees and the office;
  • You are fulltime available, live in Amsterdam or any surrounding area and are fluent in the Dutch and English language, written and spoken;
  • You have inherently strong communication skills and are comfortable with reaching out to new people;
  • You are ambitious, immensely excited about our service, and have an internal drive to contribute to the companys success;
  • You are enthusiastic, proactive, good at planning and solution-oriented;
  • You fit in at a rapidly growing, largely informal, modern organization, and can handle a significant amount of responsibility;
