Job Description
As Senior New Business Development Manager, you’ll report to the Head of Sales and grow their platform’s market share in the Netherlands. You’ll be a strategic partner for investment, asset management, and property companies.
You’ll manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, leveraging your expertise to find new business opportunities, test workflows, and focus on team efforts, quality, and results.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new sales and marketing initiatives while identifying upsell opportunities to expand business growth;
- Act as a strategic partner for clients, anticipating changes in opportunities and customer needs;
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including market research, lead generation, outreach, and deal closing;
- Improve sales processes and effectiveness with the Head of Sales;
- Use data to create customer-driven sales strategies for maximum growth;
- Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Plan and execute commercial actions with timely follow-ups.
Who are you?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in B2B Sales, SaaS, or real estate/property investment;
- Highly energetic, passionate, and result-oriented with a practical sales approach;
- Strategic, structured thinker with strong problem-solving and solution-oriented skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
