Job descriptionAs Sector lead Energy, Oil and Gaz you will be responsible for directing our business development activities and managing large key accounts in the Energy, Oil & Gas sectors. The Sector lead identifies and contacts potential customers at decision making level, develops and presents solutions, negotiates, and closes the deal. You will focus on generating and closing tenders, new business opportunities and will collaborate with our international Sales, Marketing and Operations departments regarding the go-to-market activities. You’ll play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business and to maximize market potential you will actively engage with new and referral C- and D- level clients.
Your main responsibilities include
- New Business Development towards large corporates;
- Act as single point of contact for customers during business development phase;
- Build a healthy pipeline of target customers, leads and active commercial projects to meet ambitious development targets;
- Identify market trends and developtments and notice potential business opportunities;
- Analyse markets/sectors, identify requirements and translating them into sector-oriented service offerings;
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to oversee key projects and onboarding;
- Partnering and alliances to further build offering and business expansion of exisiting relations.
Profile
- Master’s Degree of equivalant experience;
- Minimum of 5 years commercial experience, preferably in selling towards our core markets;
- Knowledge of and network in the energy, gas and oil sector;
- Ambition to build and grow with proven results from generating complex new business sales;
- You love to combine the spirit of enterprise clients, with the drive of a scale-up;
- Fluency in English, a fluency in Dutch would be an advantage;
- Living in the Netherlands or UK.
