Job Description
As a New Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and be primarily responsible for expanding the market share of theirleading platform in the Netherlands. You will act as a strategic sparring partner for major investment, asset management, and property companies, while collaborating internally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development.
In this dynamic role, you will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Your expertise and experience will be instrumental in discovering and developing new business opportunities, testing new workflows, and driving team efforts focused on quality and results.
Responsibilities
- Lead new sales and marketing initiatives while identifying upsell opportunities to foster business growth;
- Serve as a strategic sparring partner for clients, anticipating changes in opportunities and customer needs;
- Manage the full sales cycle, including market research, lead generation, outreach, and deal closures;
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to optimize sales processes, procedures, and sales force effectiveness;
- Utilize data-driven insights to craft sales strategies that maximize growth;
- Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Define and plan commercial actions with timely follow-up;
- Organize internal and external meetings, demos, workshops, and attend industry events.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level;
- Proven track record with at least 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B Sales, SaaS, or real estate/property investment;
- Energetic, passionate, and result-driven with a hands-on sales mindset;
- Strategic thinker with a structured approach, problem-solving skills, and a solutions-oriented attitude;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent Dutch and English.
