The position<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Together with the Finance manager you will ensure the finance management of the international activities are being handled correctly and the core workflows are being improved where needed. Your main responsibility will be handling the incoming invoices of the various European subsidiaries and you will ensure the incoming invoices are being processed correctly. You will be the first point of contact for all invoice and payment related questions including the authorization flows. You will work closely together with your internal colleagues as well as the external partners such as the accountants in the different countries to ensure the proper workflows and timely payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, you will be actively involved in controlling activities such as forecasting, budgeting and reporting. You will be challenged to participate in various finance-related projects, to further develop your own competencies and skills. The company and team will provide the necessary guidance and support where needed, so you can grow into your role as the right-hand of the Finance Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
