Your mission
As a Quality Analystit is your responsibility to preserve the excellent quality of our services to our Global Employees. You will be monitoring our chat conversations and find possible inaccuracies and imperfections. Besides analyzing conversations, you will be involved with thrilling projects to improve the monitor process, such as AI-based chat monitor implementation with external companies. As Quality Analyst, you can be part of an automation revolution within the company and increase efficiency company wide. You will be working closely together with all stakeholders in the company. As a result of this intense, daily bond in our workspace, it is crucial that you are fluent in English. In addition, you will be working at our office at the Passeerdersgracht, in the center of Amsterdam.
What you’ll be doing
- Be responsible for the maintenance of our 24/7 chat conversation’s quality, and proactively improving it
- Being part of the quality department, which makes you intensively involved with thrilling projects concerning automation and smart solutions for the initial monitor structure
- Reading chat conversations and labeling them to find real-time imperfections and create useful data points
- Think of innovative solutions to enhance uButler’s internal communication and escalation flow between different departments
What we’re looking for
- HBO/WO level of education
- Living in Amsterdam or surroundings
- Fluent in English
- Organized and customer friendly
- Eye for detail and a natural curiosity for finding flaws
