What will be your role?

We are currently seeking a dynamic Product Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the tools, methodologies, frameworks, and knowledge necessary to enable our product organisation to deliver exceptional value to our end users.

As the Product Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our product operations processes, ensuring the smooth execution of our digital platform and sustainable projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, Data, Product Management, and Design, to align goals and ensure efficient product delivery. You will report to our Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities include:

• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Development, Data, Product Management, Design and commercial teams, enhancing product operations efficiency and fostering a culture of transparency.
• Manage the end-to-end product operations process, including the OKR process, while identifying and tracking key performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement in product operations by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimizing operating cadences.
• Oversee and manage the product tech tool usage including on the job training, implementing new technologies as needed to increase efficiency and accessibility of data.
• Foster a culture of experimentation within the product team, ensuring consistency and reliability in the design and implementation of product experiments.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the product strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO and other Product Leads, providing valuable product information and insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Assist with the hiring process within the product organization, identifying the right talent to support the growth and development of the team. Oversee the onboarding of new team members, ensuring they have the resources, information, and training needed to succeed in their roles. Coordinate team events, workshops, and other initiatives to promote team building and maintain a healthy, positive work environment.
• Develop and maintain department-wide communication strategies to ensure a consistent information flow across the organization.
• Lead product trainings and co-create learning paths for Product Managers, fostering continuous learning and development within the team.

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field;
• You are a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset;
• You have proven (international) experience in a product operations role or product management role;
• You have deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies;
• You have strong data analysis skills;
• You have experience with product management tools and technologies;
• You show commitment to driving meaningful outcomes for customers and stakeholders;
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills being a plus;
• You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively;
• You have experience organizing team events and workshops, fostering a positive work culture.
